Here are a few references from those who have heard Jeff's message of the Father's Love.
Rev. Stephen Schaible District Superintendent of SD Assembly of God
The picture that the word "Father" paints in our minds likely reflects the feelings and impressions that we have toward our earthly fathers. We often make this transfer in our own experiences with human authority over to how we relate to God. Good experiences bring us closer to knowing and understanding God, just as bad experiences create a distorted picture of our Father's love for us. It is said that 80% of a person's problems arise from not having a proper understanding of the character of God. Rev. Jeff Reuter's messages on the "Father's Heart" deal with heart issues that prevent many from calling God: "Father". Jeff mixes the truth of the Word with his own personal experiences to help us get a better understanding of God's character. This is a message that our generation needs to hear and put into practice. I highly recommend his ministry to the church today!

I would like to recommend Jeff Reuter's ministry to all that are open to a fresh presence of the Lord. As a result of Jeff's teaching on the Father Heart of God, our church received a very precious imparation of wholeness. We are very thankful for the loving presentation and the powerful anointing during the prayer time, through which many of the people in our church received a profound revelation of God's love for them. This has initiated inner healing in their lives. Thank you again, Jeff Reuter.

Jeff, thank you for bringing the Father's Heart Conference to our church. This is a message that is so desperately needed in our world today. I was so blessed to see people in our church ministered to and healed through the teaching you gave. So many of our people could identify with the things you shared. You touched specific needs. Just about two weeks ago, an individual came to me and shared how their relationship with their father had been very strained. They were in the meetings and were ministered to in a great way. In fact, is touched the whole family, including all of their small children. This teaching is something our family needed. My wife's father was an alcoholic and left her family when she was twelve. My father was a good Christian man, but was not very expressive in saying "I love you" or in showing affection through giving hugs. Your teaching about the Father's Heart ministers to people of different backgrounds with the healing message of the Father's Love.

I have had the privilege of getting to know Jeff and Debbie Reuter over the past several years, first as youth pastor to their daughters, and now as their Senior Pastor. I can attest not only to Jeff's anointed teaching and ministry, but also to his personal prayer life and character. God has given Jeff a deep revelation of the Father's Heart and has raised him up to take this life-giving message to the body of Christ. This message is not a new message, however there are not many proclaiming it to the depth it needs to be heard. Jeff is a messenger who God is using to touch people with the Father's Love in a very deep way. After this conference, your relationship with and view of the Heavenly Father will never be the same.

I am writing to recommend Jeff Reuter with Prayer Life Ministries to you and your congregation. Jeff was with our Congregation Sunday morning through Tuesday evening. First of all, I was pleased with Jeff as a man that lives what he teaches. The fruit of the Spirit was evident in his life. He came with a servant’s heart to serve our congregation. Jeff also came on a love-offering basis with no demands. The teaching on prayer was very practical and helpful. Plus, Jeff’s teaching style was easy to follow. On Tuesday evening when Jeff gave the call for those that wanted to commit themselves to a daily time of prayer, at least 90% of those in attendance came forward. I have served pastor a little over three years in Spearfish. During this time we have had several guest speakers. However, I have had more positive feedback about this seminar than any other series of meetings that we have had. Plus, I can tell that more people in the church are praying now. There is a new expectancy about what God is going to do. This seminar has helped revive our passion for prayer.

Our Church Board at Water of Life would like to recommend Jeff Reuter of Prayer Life Ministries for his presentation at our church. We felt as a Board that our congregation benefited from his biblically teaching. He has a very interesting way of exhorting and encouraging the congregation in the need for corporate and individual prayer. His use of his own experiences and conviction of the importance of prayer was very well received. We were very glad to have him with us and have no hesitation in our recommendation and would have no pause in having him return.
Rev. Michael Gilmartin, Executive Director Teen Challenge of the Dakotas
Brookings, South Dakota
I am writing this letter to affirm a sincere man of God and the ministry he’s been called to. Brother Jeff Reuter is truly a man of integrity and faith. I have personally known Jeff for 4 years, as he has served on the Board of Directors here at Teen Challenge of the Dakotas. Jeff has provided Spirit led leadership with wisdom, as he has faithfully served here at TCD. I know Jeff to be a man of prayer and fasting, and he has blessed me personally with his devotion to God. I whole-heartedly bear witness to the call of God on Brother Jeff’s prayer ministry seminar. He is in my opinion, a gifted teacher and after having him minister to our staff and students, I truly believe God will use him in many lives in the body of Christ.

I had the privilege of hosting Jeff Reuter of Prayer Life Ministries at our church. It was and continues to be a great blessing to many individuals and the church as a whole. Jeff’s teaching on “developing your prayer life” has had a definite impact on all that have put into practice what was taught. Jeff’s teaching isn’t flashy but is long on substance. Jeff’s teaching is filled with scripture and peppered with personal testimony. I would highly encourage all to take advantage of this gift to the body of Christ.

It is with a great honor that I write this letter of recommendation for Rev. Jeff Reuter and Prayer Life Ministries. Jeff came to our church and presented a prayer seminar. The seminar was phenomenal. It was a great benefit to our congregation. Jeff being a man of prayer himself presents the prayer seminar in a way that just brings to attention, to those in attendance, the importance of prayer. We preach about prayer, teach about prayer, and one thing that churches neglect to do is pray. Prayer Life Ministries changed that for our congregation. I have seen more of our church people praying now than they did before the seminar. I highly recommend Jeff Reuter and Prayer Life Ministries to your church. You and your congregation will be richly blessed.

To Whom it may concern: I am writing to give my highest recommendation to Jeff Reuter as a teacher/seminar leader on the subject of prayer. Jeff and I have known each other for over a decade. I know him and his family to be very upright and godly. A number of years ago I taught my prayer seminar at Jeff’s church. This event turned him around in regards to his prayer life. Since that time Jeff has made prayer and integral part of his life. I recently started pastoring a church and curtailed my traveling ministry considerably. Jeff has felt the need to carry on this message of prayer and is quite burdened for it. I have met with him a number of times and feel quite comfortable and confident in recommending him as a teacher. In some sense Jeff will be teaching under the banner of Pray-Tell Ministries though is operating as an independent agent. I trust you will make his ministry a matter of prayer for your church.
